I had high hopes for Light Finance based on their claims, but my experience was disappointing. The application process felt overly simplified, bordering on careless, which raised concerns about their thoroughness in vetting loans. While they promise no fees, the interest rates are unreasonably high, making it hard to believe they truly prioritize customer welfare. Additionally, their customer service was less responsive than I expected, leaving me in the dark about my application status. Overall, I would be cautious before trusting them with sensitive financial matters.
