I was disappointed with Big Bully Turf's service; the installation was rushed and poorly done. The grass looks cheap, and their customer service was unresponsive. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I had high hopes for Big Bully Turf, but my experience was disappointing. The installation took much longer than promised, and the quality of the turf doesn't match the claims. Although marketed as durable and low-maintenance, it started showing wear after just a few months. Customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for assistance. Overall, I expected more for the price and would not recommend their services.
