I had high hopes for NGC based on their reputation, but my experience was disappointing. The verification process for NGC certification felt unnecessarily complicated, and I encountered technical issues that made it frustrating to navigate. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful, leaving my queries unanswered for days. While they promise an efficient service for collectors, my experience was far from smooth. For a brand that’s been around since 1987, I expected much better. I won’t be returning.

I was disappointed with my experience using NGC. The verification process was cumbersome and far from intuitive, taking far too long to confirm my coin’s authenticity. Their database seems incomplete, and it’s frustrating that some coins don’t show up. Furthermore, customer service was unhelpful when I reached out. Overall, I expected better given their longstanding reputation.
