I had high hopes for FlixBus based on their marketing, but my experience was disappointing. The buses were late, resulting in missed connections, and the promised comfort felt lacking with cramped seating. Free Wi-Fi was spotty and the staff seemed overwhelmed, which made communication difficult. The ticket prices might be low, but the overall experience didn’t match the expectations. I wouldn’t recommend choosing them for your travel plans.
