I had a disappointing experience with this company. Their website is cluttered and confusing, making it hard to navigate or find specific products. I faced multiple issues during the login process, which only added to my frustration. Communication was lacking, as it took longer than expected to get responses from customer service. While they do have a wide range of products, the overall presentation and user experience left much to be desired. I expected better from a leading office supply company, but I won’t be returning.
