I was really looking forward to shopping at Urban Beck, but my experience was disappointing. The selection of gear was underwhelming, and the quality didn't meet my expectations. I also faced issues with customer service; my inquiry took longer to resolve than promised, and the response wasn't helpful. The website feels more focused on style than functionality, leaving me frustrated rather than inspired. Overall, Urban Beck didn't deliver the adventure experience I was hoping for. I'll be shopping elsewhere next time.
