Poor selection and confusing layout made shopping extremely frustrating.

I had high hopes for this site, but my experience was quite disappointing. The empty cart feature was frustrating, as I struggled to find items that matched my expectations. Although they claim fast shipping, my order took longer than promised. Customer service was subpar; responses were slow and unhelpful. The emphasis on quality over quantity seems more like a marketing ploy, as I found the selection lacking. Overall, I expected more and won't be returning anytime soon.
