I had high hopes for Chaco's products, but my experience was disappointing. The selection felt limited, and the site was cluttered and hard to navigate. Furthermore, the lack of current promotions was frustrating, especially when it felt like they were constantly pushing seasonal sales without any real discounts. I also found the referral program to be misleading; it’s not as straightforward as it seems. Overall, I expected more from a brand renowned for outdoor footwear.
