I recently flew with Singapore Airlines and was deeply disappointed. Our flight, which was supposed to be a smooth journey from London to Singapore, was diverted to Bangkok due to severe turbulence. While I understand that safety is paramount, the lack of communication and support from the crew during this chaotic situation was unacceptable. Additionally, the website was frustratingly unhelpful, with frequent errors when checking flight status. Overall, I expected much better from such a reputed airline and left feeling uneasy about future flights.
