I was disappointed with my experience at elfbar.co.uk. While they claim to offer genuine products, the selection felt limited and prices were higher than I expected. The website seemed uninviting and difficult to navigate, which detracted from my shopping experience. Customer service was lacking; my inquiry went unanswered for days. Additionally, there’s an overemphasis on marketing their "innovative" features, which didn’t translate to better performance. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return.
