The winning odds felt misleading, as I struggled to win anything substantial. Additionally, their customer service was unresponsive when I had questions about responsible payments, leaving me frustrated. Overall, I expected more from a casino with such promises but ended up feeling unsatisfied and ignored. Wouldn't recommend!
