While they feature some popular titles, the layout is messy, making it hard to navigate. Instead of focusing on quality content, they seem more interested in pushing merchandise. Overall, it left me feeling underwhelmed and frustrated, rather than excited about their offerings. A streamlined design and genuine engagement would go a long way.
