I recently shopped at Kundegeschaft.de and was disappointed. While they promised fast shipping and a hassle-free return policy, my order arrived late, and the sizing was off. Contacting customer service was frustrating; I waited over two days for a response. The product quality didn’t meet my expectations either, feeling cheap compared to what was advertised. The enticing discounts turned out to be underwhelming, and I regret signing up for their mailing list. I won't be returning.
