I had high hopes for Decorette, but my experience fell flat. The initial consultation was rushed and felt impersonal, despite their claims of personalized service. While they offer a variety of products, the quality didn't match the prices. The installation process was frustrating, with delays and a lack of communication from the team. Additionally, their promised "free" motor for automation was misleading, as it came with many hidden fees. Overall, Decorette hasn't lived up to its marketing promises, leaving me disappointed with my choices for my home.
