I purchased a Helix mattress expecting better sleep after hearing all the claims. After the 30-day break-in, I still experienced discomfort and woke up achy. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and insisted I keep the mattress longer. I feel stuck with a costly investment that hasn't improved my sleep at all. Very disappointing.
