I was really disappointed with my experience using TopView Sightseeing. The bus schedules were inconsistent, leaving us waiting for far too long. The audio commentary was barely audible and lacked depth, making it difficult to appreciate the sights. Additionally, the frequent stops mixed with heavy traffic resulted in a frustratingly long tour. While the discounts seem enticing, the overall service doesn't match up. I expected more for what I paid; I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience using TopView Sightseeing in New York. The buses were overcrowded, and the audio narration often cut out or was difficult to hear. Despite paying for a premium service, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. The promised discounts felt misleading, and the overall organization of the routes was chaotic. I ended up spending more time waiting for buses than enjoying the sights. Save your money!
