I had high hopes for this telehealth service, but my experience was disappointing. The 15-minute consultation felt rushed, and the doctor seemed uninterested in my concerns. I was expecting a thorough evaluation, but instead, I received a generic prescription without proper diagnosis. Additionally, the app was glitchy, making it difficult to navigate. Overall, the convenience of the service doesn't compensate for the lack of personalized care. I wouldn’t recommend it.
