I was disappointed with my experience at Hair & Beautycare Vicky. Although the staff seemed well-trained, the service felt rushed and impersonal. I encountered issues with appointment scheduling and faced an unnecessary cancellation fee despite my timely notice. The atmosphere lacked warmth, making it hard to relax. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations for a quality beauty salon.
