I had high hopes for Quinovic based on their claims, but my experience has been disappointing. The communication was inconsistent, and I often felt left in the dark about important matters regarding my property. Additionally, their so-called 'care and return' system seemed more like a buzzword than a reality, as I encountered issues that weren't addressed promptly. Overall, their management approach felt impersonal and more focused on profits than genuine care for properties and tenants, leaving me dissatisfied.
